Project Overview
As the manager of a painting store, I oversaw all aspects of the business, from inventory management to hiring and firing staff. I ensured the store ran smoothly by creating systems for tracking stock, scheduling, and streamlining daily operations.
In addition to managing the store, I handled all marketing efforts, creating social media content, posting short videos, and designing Facebook events to promote classes and specials. I also organized and promoted in-store events that drove foot traffic and built a sense of community among customers.
